How do I click and collect an order?
Simple visit the Carvel Lane Coffee online store.
We have our Click and Collect Cowes for you to order our range of Click and Collect Cowes for coffees and teas, along with Click and Collect Cowes pastries and any other items in Carvel Lane Coffee online store.

How far ahead can I order a click and collect order?
You can order up to 14 days in advance from the date you are starting to place your order.
We may extend this further ahead in the future if there’s demand and it it manageable.
Do I have to collect my click and collect order on the date and time of my click and collect?
Yes please. Ideally within 10-15 minutes of the time slot you have selected, so that we can manage click and collects orders efficiently for all.
Can I get a refund for a click and collect order?
No, not for perishable goods (like our New York Rolls) as these are held for you from the bake of the day and cannot be resold to others.
Other, non perishable times in the store can be refunded if not collected.
Where items are collected, they are subject to our refunds policy (unused, unopened, in perfect condition for resale).

Do you offer delivery?
No, but this is coming soon for online orders (for non perishable items, ie not hot drinks or pastries) – early in the New Year 2026
Where are your New York Rolls made?
Our New York Rolls are handmade on the Isle of Wight in Cowes, in a local partnership with East Street Isle of Wight.
They are freshly baked daily and are will be limited quantities daily, designed to sell out.
