A weekly Sunday Morning 5K Coffee Run in Cowes from Carvel Lane Coffee with a lovely group of runners for this Isle of Wight 5K run.
We are delighted to announce our Carvel Lane Coffee Run on Sunday mornings has changed from monthly to weekly, from Sunday 8th February 2026.
You can enjoy this Isle of Wight 5K* run from Cowes to Gurnard and return, starting and ending at Carvel Lane Coffee, with a group of runners of all abilities so all are welcome to attend.
All runners can enjoy a hot drink at the end of their run for a special price of £2 per hot drink – see our coffee and hot drinks menu
